1930s Silk Chiffon Floral Dress w/ Puffed Shoulders- S

Magnificent and whimsical, 1930s floral silk chiffon dress with puffed shoulders. A long row of fabric covered buttons are the closure. The skirt is open beneath them. Print is of bountiful bouquets with the most rich and vivid colors! Waist can be cinched by its built in back belt buckle. Would be lovely as a wedding guest dress or for a special event. Overall in very good condition for age with small surface flaws. There are various, faint small spots of color bleed as well as a slightly darker mark on the hip. Two of the fabric covered buttons have a light fray, but so long as you button and unbutton with care they should last for a long time. There is also one missing button at the bottom, which previous owner used the bottom button loop beneath the second to last button. A pretty ingenious idea and you won’t notice when wearing.
