1940s Black Embroidered Blouse w/ Peplum + Deco Belt- M

Truly adorable, black mesh 1940s blouse. This piece features lovely, all over floral embroidery with clear button closures all down the bodice and a peplum waistline. Comes with a period, 1930s/40s velvet belt with a hypnotic plastic closure. This is likely not original but came with the top and I think it makes it! Has a mend to the back of the neckline, you can see from the last photo, which I took a little further back, that it is not very noticeable when worn. She’s just darling!
