Fantastic, 1940s show girl skirt with lustrous, long creme fringe and the most fabulous, floral neon day glo bottoms. Back metal zipper closure. Elastic is in good shape. Fringe has a few spots but overall, great vintage condition. Bottoms are lined with the name “Pat” written inside with an illegible last name.
